i think i screwed geog test on rocks. the mcqs were difficult. and considering i didn't know my work that much, it's no surprise. and i got both fill-in-the-blanks wrong. xP but i guess the structures question was fine, but i still missed out one point. heh but i'm not going to say anymore cos some people haven't taken the test yet >< hai.
and petit test. i forgot that for passe compose you had to add e,s and es for vpps with etre. so anyway one mark's gone for that. but i hope i got l'imperatif all correct man. and localisation was easy. :D
i like shackleford banks. it's NICE (: there's one part we have the melody and when we have to start with pick up by ourselves it's scary xD haha. and it has
so many notes that i still can't reach. like high F's. but it's better than flintstones anyhow. just that chloe said that she couldn't hear us when we were playing flintstones. oops! louder.
there isn't anything much to post about this week, it being such a boring week. like the usual. HEH
so i'm looking forward to 0808 :D i guess. and anna you'd better come back after that! after school. yay.

hello :D
today's racial harmony day in school was, i should say, quite...uh fun? i guess cos we didn't have to have any lessons at all. the whole day was spent doing cultural stuff. whiuch wasn't so fun either but i guess better than sitting in class and dozing off occasionally and all that. especially when there was philo and maths. i'm seriously tired of m.s. picking on us all the time. xD
anna lent me her red
scottish skirt! so pretty! so i brought a blouse to school to change (: and she wore the green one with a white top :D karen wore her kimono and it was so nice! joongyan and sarahsiaw wore their saris and michelle wore her chinese costume! but there wasn't much cultural food. there was only cotton candy, which isn't cultural is it? and bazhang. thats about all i guess? oh well. devil's curry is nice. just that michelle says that it's made from pig organs. uhhh.
ah we didn't do our gym choreo in the end on thursday! i was feeling REALLY SERIOUSLY mad and upset. we didn't have the music also. so mr ong told us to film it ourselves anytime before wednesday so we decided on next tuesday after school. that'll give us more time to remember the steps and practise also i guess.
on tuesday my cartwheel was screwed. i never managed to do a proper one. just one moment on your hands and after that the floor without ever straightening my legs. ziqi and adelle can do it so nicely :D at least i can do all the rest except that. so i have to insert kettle stands into the choreo. that shouldn't be a problem i can do it (: and i think the rest all can too.
hmmm and i don't know what to do about national day celebrations this year. are we allowed not to come to school at all? since it's prize-giving anyway. um well i don't know. i shall have to ask around and see who's gonna do what.
it's fps qualifying round tomorrow. ahh i hope i'm prepared for it! all the different schools participating will be coming to rgs. haha. we had to clear away all the stuff under our desks. and stuff then into the lockers. kelly your stuff is in my locker (:
ohyes. i saw some schoolmates wearing football jerseys! zidane and f. torres. oh man! and there're german players' names outside 401's classroom. gee (: HAHA.

yesterday I went back to sthilda's! with janine, amanda and samuel heh.
to promote the RP - Raffles Programme. it was nice to go back, seriously (:
it's so qingsong over there but ms gina tan was scary. we had to go to the conference room to explain to her "what we [wanted]". and I just realised that that conference room was used in XHBB2. HAHA but she allowed us to go to the mainstream classes to advertise and I think that was fine. we didn't get to talk to the mainstream classes though. geee.
I think we were quite rude to knock on the staffroom door and then run away huh. but it isn't nice to disturb the teachers especially if ms gina tan was in that particular staffroom and she had
just seen to us xP

AWW MAN I didn't get to see rain! nevermind at least I will get to see her and the juniors on national day when we all come back to st.hildas!! :D and meet up with our batchmates and maybe go out for something (: HEH
and I guess everyone has taken the literature test? but I'd better not blog about it just the same...anna, kelly and seexiaowei you should know about this right? heh. I just know I did my best and I hope that i seriously will be able to do well for this test!
the congress survey was just a perfect waste of my time. I submitted it after spending ages doing the questions and giving feedback and then they told me to refresh. I was so guao and refreshed and then all the precious time-consuming feedback was GONE. how irritating! so I just did it any-oh-how the second time and didn't bother to write comments anymore. infuriating ><
I finally returned kelly's testi. PHEW

i am so disappointed WORLDCUP 2006 is over ): and of all things, italy were the victors. the team who lifted the
coveted world cup at the end of the final match. i wanted france to win but...with zidane's head-butting i guess that was a problem for france. penalties! i don't like them.
ohwell this year's world cup is FULL of unexpected things anyway. even though i only watched like, three matches.

there's this world cup advert at dhoby ghaut mrt and rebecca was saying, " i wish they would take this thing down. it keeps reminding me that world cup is over!" HAHA!

HOW COULD THEY?? ):i was really expecting them to win the match okay. it was
how they lost that's so...so sad.
1 by grosso & the next by del piero or something...both within the space of 3 minutes! and it was like 28th and 30th min of extra time. if i were a german i would have cried. >< heh.
i guess they got a little over-confident since it was already approaching the end of extra time and their penalties are so good. sigh! then after the first goal maybe lehmann was a little dazed.jiaxuan and seexiaowei are disappointed too. ohwells. ):
i hope they at least win the third place play-offs. well...this post is for the german team then xD since they played well. (:

HELLO.
i haven't posted for more than a week now! i'm so happy i found time to post today cos i have quite a lot to post about. xD haha.
this whole first week of school i've been laughing a lot. and also quite...[how do you say it] cranky? i don't know lah. i, and kelly and anna, have been complaining non-stop about silly teachers and their stupid bookings. prefects aren't the only booking machines around man.
just on the third day of the new semester i got booked by MS MAY TAN. and about a third of the class too. for not bringing a worksheet to RS. what's worse is i left it in class! not that i didn't bring it to school totally right. so that's my second booking for the year >< luckily it isn't in the same category as the eating in the foyer. xP otherwise... & i
almost got booked for socks bleh. phew.
and i don't understand why i always feel so sleepy during french. only during lessons do i feel totally SLEEEEPY and when we're let out for break i wake up amazingly. heh. i'll be missing third lang cos of youth day. and on friday it's from 3.30 to 5.30 instead because of the stupid history test that must be taken together as a level. ee what rubbish lah! to prevent leakage. xPPPP okay.
saturday i went for SYFOC. singapore youth festival opening ceremony. it's counted as an activity so i just went lah. it was quite interesting actually...but i had to miss FIRE conference cos of that. the display bands were nice to watch! and it was fun trying to identify the instruments too cos i play the horn. YAY. (: hahah! some people just went there to read their books. so...EEYUCK. anyway i forgot all about applying or bringing sunblock so i got burnt. and there's a slight farmer's tan on my right arm >< it was red that night. hehheh. anyway. xD i met jh at the coffeeshop near shps. hhaa what a surprise.
yesterday i went for dinner at kallang and i managed to see a leeeetle bit of fireworks (: from the stadium because i think there's a preview show going on there...and i heard the planes too. but that wasn't much lah. later i have to go to eat point mac's for
math pt. MAN. it's so unfair RI gets their youth day holiday on the 10th of july! then they can watch world cup.
soooo unfair. maybe there's a possiblity that our election day holiday will be on the 10th. hahahah.
YAY i'm so happy germany won their quarter finals. but it's such a pity argentina lost... ): i mean they're great too! and i can't believe that brazil actually lost at the quarters to france! hha and when rebecca told me about england i was also quite shocked. blahh. and spain lost ): nevermind as long as germany wins the cup i'll be happy. xDDD HAH. i've no idea why i'm so crazy about worldcup though.
i can watch the semis and final on 5. whoopie hehheh! then i won't be missing out on ALL the action. YAYYAYYAY. haha. high lah.
i'm so not looking forward to going back to school tomorrow. and seeing Z again if i have to. i haven't done lit and i haven't finished wgp. ):
